Fontana™ IMS Integrates Mobile Digital Imaging with Document Imaging

Fontana™ IMS supports the imaging of objects and documents, in both the office and the warehouse. Many companies routinely use cameras to document trailer packing, pallet loading, and the receipt of damaged goods. Most firms distribute and store multiple copies of invoices, packing lists, receipts, QA certificates, and manifests. Fontana™ enables and supports complete electronic documentation in which all “pictures” and hardcopy documents can now be turned into electronic files and stored within the system.

Images are linked to the appropriate records in the database and can be retrieved, printed, or emailed by anyone in the organization who has access to them – this creates a true paperless environment!

Fontana allows information to be stored electronically for immediate access.

Imaging Technology for the warehouse
